6. I believe if any fan base can stay loyal during severe sanctions its Penn State’s.
7. I believe both Michigan and Ohio State will win National Championships in the next decade

9. I believe Temple and Rutgers have the most to gain from Penn State sanctions.
10. I believe Temple will win the Big East by 2017.
